DOMESTIC US SHIPPING

Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground or USPS Priority unless otherwise requested. Signature Delivery is recommended for suite packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please be aware that international shipping times can vary and do not always follow the time frames advertised. Be sure to allow sufficient time for delivery of your order in your planning. Signature Delivery is recommended for all suite packages shipped outside of the U.S.

SHIPPING CHARGES (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL)

A shipping estimate will be included with your initial quote and will be finalised once your order is complete and ready to head your way. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your package, your confirmed shipping costs will be invoiced once your package has been weighed and measured to ensure accuracy. Your package will be insured to it’s full value.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and charges based on the value of the goods being imported. These rates vary per destination country and are the sole responsibility of the client. It is recommended that you inquire about these costs with your local customs department prior to placing your order.

If you require express shipping a separate invoice will be provided with the shipping option of your choice, and once payment is processed your order will be shipped as per the chosen carrier.

PACKAGE HANDLING BY SHIPPING PROVIDERS

All courier packages include a shipment tracking number, however once your items are shipped Foundry Paper Co. has no control over the progress of your shipment, and will only have shared access to your tracking details. FPCo. is not responsible for any loss, delays and/or damages from shipping.

In the rare event that your package is damaged in transit you will need to lodge a claim with the shipping provider to recover the costs, FPCo. is not required to do this for you. Reprinting your suite under such circumstances will incur the full cost of production, plus any rush fees required by outsourced vendors (if applicable), and will be subject to the same non-refundable deposit as the original order. If such an unfortunate event should occur, FPCo. will work with you to reprint/reproduce your suite as quickly as possible.
